14-Day Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

How to Return
1. Contact us at support@cuddlittle.com or on WhatsApp +90 534 624 9590 within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a short note about the reason for your return.
2. We will confirm your return and send you the return address.
3. Please send the item back to us. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
4. Once we receive and check the item, we will refund you.

Refunds
Because orders are paid in cash on delivery, refunds are sent by bank transfer. Please send us your bank details when we ask for them. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund you, and we will cover the return shipping in this case.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, washed or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Refused Deliveries
If you refuse a cash-on-delivery order at the door without a reason, we may not be able to accept future cash-on-delivery orders from the same number.
